A name or location entered in a search box is transmitted to the outside provider that operates the tool. That provider handles the query and its results. We do not keep or record those search terms on our systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
An email sent to us may be retained to prepare and document a response. We keep that message within our organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Data We Gather Automatically
Our servers receive basic technical information when a page loads, including:

We do not host, compile, or sell a personal criminal-record database. Government Code Chapter 552 governs access to public information held by Texas government bodies, while Government Code Chapter 411 controls criminal-history dissemination. Neither statute turns this private site into a record custodian. We are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and visitor data is not assembled into a consumer report.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies power the search boxes. Their privacy policies, retention periods, and sharing practices apply to information entered there. We do not set those rules. Read the provider's policy before submitting a query.

Links may lead to Clay County offices, Texas agencies, courts, legal resources, and search providers. Once a visitor follows an outside link, that destination's privacy policy governs. Review it before supplying personal information.
