Questions about an official Clay County criminal record belong with the office that created or maintains it. This private reference site cannot accept record requests. The contacts below route court files to the proper clerk, incident and booking material to the Sheriff's Records Division, and statewide criminal history to Texas DPS.

This Is Not a Government Office. This privately operated resource cannot retrieve records, perform official checks, correct or clear a record, or receive an expunction filing. Contact the responsible government custodian instead.
